sebab kemungkinan besar....kami sekeluarga tak dapat nak attend majlis nikah and persandingan both of you...
sebab lynn kene pi kursus kat sungai petani on 5-7 Januari ini...
a bit frustrasted since tak dapat nak join your big day especially on Friday tuh...
tapi takpe...lynn try negotiate balik dengan boss dia ...
so that she can be excused from attending the course....

for my self plak...arief memang kene ikut lynn gi sungai petani...sebab kalau tak ikut..
lynn mmg tak dapat nak datang langsung majlis both of u...
since the original end date for the course is on the 9th...so arief ikut so that lyn boleh cabut balik KL on 7th tapi ptg laa...

iaitu RM399...ada offer ...if not RM599...

hhmm...
6 years here..7 performance appraisal been through...
6 of it...gone with flying colors Alhamdulillah..
just this year..
first time...i got my rating below 4...out of 5..
damn...what went wrong...
i dont see the mistakes came from me..
not saying that i'm damn good enough here..
but..almost all of this dept staff rating been slashed without any good stance...
argghh..seem like a mistake joining this department...sorry to say..
not that aku tak bersyukur ker ape...its just really really bad enviroment here...
that's why i can see that there are certain staff is pegged for almost 15years in this department..
God help me...

bukan nak megah diri or ape..its just for me it totally unfair rating..not only for myself..

6th years gone...and more to go..



yesterday..was my 6th year working in BNM...
kejap je...dah 6 tahun...
6 tahun yang penuh liku...
dari bos berbangsa india...cina hingga laa ke melayu..
dari supervisor...pompuan sampai laa lelaki...
ape2pun...paling menyeronokan keje di BNM ni..
masa 2 tahun pertama aku keje kat sini..
at that time..BNM in the process transition from manual system to all computerised system..
tak kira la dari segi keje ker..communcation ker..claims ker...
so at that time..ramai juga yang blur2...ye lah..mostly staff at that point of time..
belum lagi celik IT..nak kata buta it pun tidak cuma rabun IT...
so since aku plak masa tuh...tgh blaja IT ...so jadi laa master kat dept lama..
6 years....2 departments...and 3 different units now..
starts from insurance supervision department.was in the administration and training unit..
now in foreign exchange administration department with system and development unit and currently on secondment to money changing business unit..
aarhhh...penat penat...
how long should i stay here???
